Was upgrated to a one bedroom suite with 2 queen beds. Everyone was just so friendly and incredibly helpful. Received stellar customer service from everyone we came in contact with from Jerry at the front desk, to everyone in the restaurant to those we just happened to pass.
So happy to arrive here after a brutal Ohio winter.
